Make sure the areas that you want clean are clear from any obstructions (cars, chairs, plats, pots, grills, etc). Our cleaning techs are not authorized to move anything, so please be sure that your belongings are relocated to a safe area.
Yes, we'll need access to an exterior water supply or faucet in order to connect our equipment to effectively wash your driveway.
Instead of focusing on square footage (which is confusing), simply envision how many standard-sized cars (Honda Accord, Toyota Camry, etc) would be able to fit in your driveway, and select the corresponding service on our booking form.
Of course, smaller driveways take less time than larger driveways and vice-versa, so plan for anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours, depending on your driveway's size.
Generally, no. We've designed our process to be as minimally invasive as possible. Since we don't need to do quotes, you can pay for your service, schedule your time, add any necessary notes, then relax!

If you have a sand or gravel driveway, we do not wash those. Also, if your driveway has loose rocks, cobblestones, or large, open gaps or cracks, we generally are not able to wash those surfaces either, as it could exacerbate the damage that is already present.
Any surface that exhibits these defects would require a written waiver to be signed if you choose to have the service performed.
